RETURNS

Colours Of A Hidden Disability by jfLowe wants you to love your new masterpiece. If you receive your work and you're not what you thought you were getting or it's damaged, Colours Of A Hidden Disability by jfLowe has you covered.

Just let us know within 7 days of receiving the work if you wish to return it. We will then arrange for it to be picked up from you on a suitable day and sent back to the artist, fully insured. We cover the cost of return shipments (within Australia only) as well. You can opt for a full refund or store credit. The steps for returns are below:

  • You have one full week (seven days) from the time you receive an artwork to to return it.
  • If you decide to return your piece, simply contact us with your order number and let us know why you'd like to return it.
  • All you need to do is re-package the work in the original packaging it came in and apply the label we will send you to the box and a courier will come and collect on the pre-arranged day.
  • Upon processing your return, we’ll issue a full refund or credit for your purchase.

INSURANCE 

  • Colours Of A Hidden Disability by jfLowe insures all artworks in transit. In the rare case an artwork is damaged in transit, we have it fully covered. You must notify us within the returns period of any damage, or if the work is not as advertised, please check the work as soon as you receive it and inform us of any issues. You can either be refunded in full, request the artist to create something unique for you or purchase any other piece off Bluethumb (store credit) immediately without having to wait for the insurance claim.
  • Insurance cases are handled by Colours Of A Hidden Disability by jfLowe and are compensated in full as well (if damaged in transit due to courier handling).
  • If the artworks are returned directly by you, they must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Colours Of A Hidden Disability by jfLowe.
  • Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.
